Notes for Cicely Graham Guthrie
Cicely was brought up and educated in Dunedin, New Zealand where she spent most of her life.
In 1991 she moved to Masterton in the North Island to be near her niece, Robin Millow nee Hyder (Roy side) and closer to her daughter Dianne in Auckland. She loved visiting Auckland but could not bring herself to live there.
Cice (as she was known to family and friends) was a generous Godmother to her nephew, the author, Donald Barrie Hutton, in his childhood. Cice's ashes were scattered in the Rose Gardens, Masterton.
