In 2007 Carol gave a gift to St. Olaf in honor “Margery Mayer Voutsas.” She is a St. Olaf graduate who is Allan’s first wife, knew Margery as his aunt, and noted Lynn’s role in “strengthening and elevating” St. Olaf’e mathematics department.
