We have two cousins on Grandpa Greiners side (female) [who] lived in Buffalo, N.Y. (We called all older relatives aunts & uncles even if they were cousins--this was out of respect for our elders. So I knew [these cousins] as Aunt Maggie [Margaret Bauer] & Aunt Barbara [Obenhauer]

Aunt Barbara (deceased a long time) had some children—don’t know how many. The oldest George Obenauer was once engaged to my Aunt Cal (Caroline) but she broke it off. He was a champion bowler & travelled all over writing about the events. I never knew much about that side of the family.
